Le problème, survenu il y a quelques minutes seulement impacte l’ensemble des plateformes appartenant à Facebook, et empêche de recevoir photos, vidéos et messages audio.
Si depuis quelques minutes, vous n’arrivez plus à recevoir ni messages audio, ni photos, ni vidéos sur Instagram, Messenger ou WhatsApp, sachez que vous n’êtes pas les seuls. Une panne de serveurs généralisée semble affecter les plateformes dont Facebook est propriétaire. Concrètement, s’il est toujours possible de recevoir des messages textes, il n’est désormais plus possible de recevoir le moindre contenu multimédia. Sur Instagram, il n’est plus non plus possible de poster le moindre contenu sans l’apparition d’un message d’erreur.
Pour le moment, il est compliqué de savoir exactement ce qui a provoqué un tel black-out sur l’écosystème de Facebook. Les premières remontées de la part des internautes évoquent pourtant un bug à l’ampleur internationale : En plus de l’Europe, certains comptes sud-Américains semblent eux aussi touchés par le problème.
De son côté, Facebook n’a évidemment pas tardé à réagir, en postant (paradoxe de la chose) sur Twitter un message reconnaissant l’existence d’un problème généralisé : « Nous avons connaissance des difficultés actuellement rencontrées par certaines personnes pour télécharger des images, des vidéos et d’autres fichiers sur nos applications. Nous travaillons à résoudre le problème au plus vite ». Espérons pour les accros des réseaux sociaux que nous sommes que la panne sera vite résolue…
